Super heat pipe series solar water heaters

CONSOL heat pipe has a low thermal capacity and has a heat exchange rate 1000 times that of copper heat. Heat exchange rate is up to 99%, minimising heat losses. Compared to other solar heat collectors, the startup for CONSOL heat pipes is fast. At 25℃,it only takes 5 seconds to startup heating.

At the same time, it has heat exchange unilateralism diode function system, What this means for users is that it will not cause recirculation of hot and cold water reversal which reduces heating efficiency. Due to this physical property in the heat tube and exceptional construction of the condenser, the maximum working temperature of this system can be controlled. This particular characteristic ensures stability of the system under special conditions.

The solar collector tubes are designed for maximum absorption of solar energy. Furthermore, the high vacuum created reduces ambient heat loss to the lowest degree. This is due to the selective coating on the tubing that can transfer the perpendicular incidence radiation and diffuse radiation to the super conducting heat pipes.

All-weather all year round use

No matter whether you are in the north or south hemisphere, even when the temperature is a freezing －40 °C, CONSOL products can work normally. Using heat pipes with no water running through it, it avoids the conventional possibility of the tubes bursting when freezed.

Reliability

With no water running in the tubes, there is no incrustation or bursting of tubes due to expansion of the freezing water, nor freezing of tubes in cold weather. Therefore, CONSOL solar heaters can work well at －40 °C.
